More About Me

Juliette (Phyllis) Friedman is a Real Estate Agent and civil litigation attorney. She practiced law for 26 years, owning her own law practice for 14 of those years.

After years in the civil and chancery (probate) divisions of the court, she learned how to serve her clients in another way, by helping them through one of life’s toughest transitions: selling inherited properties.

As a probate real estate specialist, Juliette now guides families through every step of the process, from navigating court approvals to getting top dollar for their loved one’s home.

Her legal experience is her secret weapon; understanding probate documents, complex title issues, and detecting legal hurdles.  Her legal background means fewer delays, fewer surprises, and smoother closings for her estate clients. Juliette has the knowledge and background to successfully communicate with the attorney's involved in estate filings, even through estate litigation matters.

Additionally, as a certified civil mediator, Juliette brings sharp negotiation skills and deep empathy to every deal, because she understands both the law and the emotional side of letting go.
